Caroline Zadina, LSW
Licensed Social Worker
Caroline is a Sport Therapist for athletes and performers invested in raising their game. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from University of Chicago, and a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Leeds Beckett University in England. Currently, Caroline is employed by the Women’s Tennis Association as a Mental Health Care Provider on Tour with the top players in the world.
As a former elite colligate and semi-professional athlete, Caroline recognizes the daily demands and stressors that athletes face. Sport is a relentless grind— injury, interpersonal struggle, mental and physical challenge— Caroline brings empathy and understanding to these familiar, daily athletic realities.
Caroline has counseled a wide range of athletes from high school athletes to elite college and professional competitors. Caroline has also worked with NCAA member institutions to enhance team climate and culture, and with Olympic training programs to optimize performance transitions. At the high school level, Caroline has consulted with top performers, sharing research-informed strategy for securing coveted college roster spots.
Caroline is dedicated to helping individuals, especially athletes, achieve their physical and mental best.
