In sport, performance is everything. Yet, no matter how good you are, or how successful you have been, at some point you’ll face a challenge that will threaten your success.

Instead of fearing this, embrace it. Challenge, if managed effectively, is key in unlocking potential and resilience. 

Learn to actualize your challenge, and achieve beyond it.

 

Common Performance Challenges

  • Performance Anxiety: intense physical and emotional reactions

  • Performance Blocks: recognizable impediments to performance

  • Confidence Crises: low self-esteem, lack of identity beyond sport

  • Relationship Hurdles: stressors with teammates and/or coaches
